Julia Lydall '99

Julia Lydall '99 attended Appleby College from 1992 to 1999. Julia was an Appleby Prefect from 1998-99, played on the First Field Hockey and First Swimming teams, a choir member, Senior Outdoor Leader for the McLaughlin Northern Campus and was awarded the John A.M. Bell award at the 1999 Closing Day. In 2003, Julia graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Family. In 2008, Julia was a Volunteer Aid Worker at Youth Challenge International, where she assisted with the implementation of local youth programs with a focus on health issues and HIV/AIDS prevention in Tanzania. In 2009, she joined Me to We as part of the international trips department as their resident international travel consultant, during which time she coordinated adult, family, and corporate trips. Julia is presently Director of the School and Youth Coordinator of Me to We's international trips where she assists in overseeing the coordination of Take Action Academies and customized leadership training.
