As shared in Sunday’s issue of Appleby This Week, school photo days will be taking place on the following dates (students are expected to be in first dress uniform). Please click here for the full schedule and associated times and locations. As a reminder, Senior Two graduate photos will take place in January 2026. Additional details will be shared directly with Senior Two students and parents.

Monday, October 20 – Upper School
Tuesday, October 21 – Senior One
Wednesday, October 22 – Middle School

New this year, Appleby College will be working with Edge Imaging (edgeimaging.ca), a 100% Canadian-owned and operated company located in Burlington, Ontario. With this change, parents will have access to a new online proof and ordering process. 

Proofs will be available to view approximately 10 days after your child’s photo has been taken. Parents will receive an email from Appleby once the information is available, which will include instructions on how to place an order online. In preparation, parents are encouraged to create an account by visiting www.edgeimaging.ca/order.
