Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,
As we prepare for the 2026-2027 school year, we look forward to welcoming our returning boarders and those students who will be joining boarding for the first time after previously attending Appleby as day students.
To help you prepare for the coming school year, we have compiled key boarding information in one convenient resource. Please click here to access the Boarding Information page on Appleby's education management system - BBK12. The page includes:
- Move-in information and schedules
- A detailed packing list
- The mandatory Foundations of Community course (required for all boarders before move-in)
- Boarding Life phone policy
- Orientation information and other important reminders
Move-in dates for the various groups of boarding students are listed below. Please ensure your family arrives on the appropriate date. Parking and House-specific arrival instructions can be found on the Boarding Information page linked above.
Monday, September 7: Student Leaders
House Council members and Prefects move in beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Thursday, September 10: Returning Boarders & Day-to-Boarding Students
All Upper Two and Senior One returning boarders and students transitioning from day student status to boarding move in between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m.
Saturday, September 12: Senior Two Students
Move-in begins at 9:00 a.m. Students should arrive between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m.
As a reminder, students are expected to remain on campus from their move-in date throughout Orientation Week, with classes beginning on Monday, September 14, 2026.
