Bell Canada's Let's Talk Day

Bell Let’s Talk Day takes place on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, marking its 16th year of action and change. This year’s theme, Taking a moment for mental health, encourages reflection, connection, and support. Appleby’s Community Wellbeing Council will be sharing mental health resources with students and employees.
