Athletics Programming At Appleby
"Appleby Athletics approaches the development of student athletes as an integrated process. While the spirit of competition is strong, it is the development of character and leadership within a team setting that is the programme's point of emphasis. Through a wide range of offerings, from instructional to competitive, our students are not only establishing the fundamentals of sport and the value of active living, but they are also exposed to the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and overcoming adversity. Our programme encourages student athletes to explore offerings, dedicate themselves to areas of passion and strive for excellence."
REBECCA RICHARDSON - DIRECTOR, ATHLETICS
