Class Agents
As ambassadors of Appleby College, Class Agents serve a vital role in connecting their classmates to the School and vice versa.
Our Class Agents Programme was designed to not only support and communicate the current initiatives of the school, but to also serve as a vehicle for Appleby alumni to access the growing valuable network of fellow alum.
Class Agents should endeavour to keep their classmates up-to-date on coming events and school news, encourage event attendance and participation in alumni programs and current alumni volunteer opportunities.
Class Agents are also encouraged to organize class events, organize tables at the annual Homecoming Reunions Dinner and rally classmates to submit professional / personal updates for the Alumni News section of the Quarterly magazine. In a reunion year (every five years following graduation), Class Agents should lead the organization of reunion activities and events.
Current Class Agents
If you are unsure who your Class Agent is or if you would like to be in touch with your Class Agent, please send an e-mail to alumni@appleby.on.ca.
A reminder to all Alumni Volunteers - Security Clearances
To ensure the safety and protection of our students, Appleby may require alumni volunteers to have a security clearance (also known as a Criminal Record Check) completed. Applications for security clearances may be completed and submitted in person at various locations in Halton. Click the following link for more information. You will need to bring two pieces of government-issued identification (one photo ID), and payment for $15. Processing time is four to six weeks and once received the original copy needs to be brought to Human Resources. Appleby will ensure that all information received remains strictly confidential.
